How the event works

Before the day

On the day

The setup

Venue details and map.

If attending in person

  • Click on the link in the email you receive, and you'll then be able to print off a ticket (or bring it along on your phone) with your name and a QR code.
  • We recommend that you have a browse through the presentations that you see on our 'programme' page. The presentations don't require you to book a slot.
  • There will be a 'welcome and closing' room as well as 3 presentation rooms (communication, dyslexia and complex needs).
  • A free lunch will be provided in the 'welcome' room as well as tea and coffee at break times.
  • If you miss anything, a video recording of each presentation will be sent out after the event to the email address that you used to register.

If you can't make it on the day - Don't worry; there will be recordings of the sessions sent out after the event.

If attending online

  • You'll receive an email with a timetable with clickable links.  You'll then be able to click through to all of the live presentation rooms that you see on our 'programme' page.
  • There is no need for a username or password to access the presentations.

  • There will be a 'welcome and closing' room as well as 3 presentation rooms (communication, dyslexia and complex needs). All online rooms are hosted through Microsoft Teams. There is a support page detailing this.

  • If you miss anything, a video recording of each presentation will be sent out after the event to the email address that you used to register.

There will be 4 separate virtual rooms (welcome and closing, communication, dyslexia and complex needs); please click on the individual presentation links on the secure page to access each.

Plenary & Prize Draw

At the end of the conference, there will be a free prize draw for those in attendance at the presentations. The prize draw winners will be randomly picked from the attendance log, there will be a separate prize draw for those online and in person.
