£5 booking fee (per person)
+ £7 invoice charge.
By paying a small fee, you're helping us with the costs of administering the event as well as development costs. Each year there are a considerable number of bookings where participants don’t attend on the day so a booking fee also helps to cover these costs.
If you decide to pay by this method then this helps us cover the costs that the University of Edinburgh charges us to process invoices. So, if possible, please try to pay by card.
